How long will it take my item to arrive?
Our products typically ship from our physical store location in Southwest Florida, though some times they are drop shipped from our wholesaler. If you choose UPS Ground for shipping, you item will take anywhere from 3 to 7 business days (excluding Christmas) within the contiguous 48 states.
The alternative shipping method's delivery times correspond with their respective names such as 3rd Day, 2nd Day and Next Day*.
Note that these methods ship only during regular business days. Your order must be placed during normal business hours to guarantee any of these shipping methods.
All shipping rates are for the contiguous 48 states, only. For other destinations, please contact us.
What is your product returns policy?
- If you purchase a roll of fabric and decide to return it, you will be charged a restocking fee of 20% of your original purchase price.
- Partial rolls of fabric cannot be returned since they are cut to fit your specific order.
